Peel and Stick residue can be removed with lavender oil.
These are brilliant!! Love the lighting & contact/wallpaper hack. Sometimes, I use vintage lightbulbs, but those long, dome-shaped bulbs, & the old-style, amber, 2-pack bulbs, in lower wattage, are a lot cheaper & I think, more authentically retro. I’ve taken some pretty bold liberties with rentals in the past; not recommending it, but I love to create unique, cozy habitats. Mostly, landlords just yawned; they didn’t care..& I’d like to think I improved the place.. but not always!! One time, I swiped a “Designer Show Home” sign from a high-end house, & put it in the front yard of our rental. The landlord had to admit it made her laugh.
