  1. When I was a boy, my grandfather showed me many things, but one of the things I remember was his use of the oiled rag that he wiped accross so many tools after cleaning. I was allowed to mow the lawns with a very large Atco mower, but I had two jobs after, doing all the edges with a special edging tool, (and clearing up the bits) and cleaning the rollers and blades of the mower, then wiping everything down with the rags. There was a large oily blanket that went over the top of the engine. It was years old and ran perfectly.
